Torch Lake Co-op growers look forward to Earth Day and our annual plant sale every year

Order your plants online from the comfort of home

There are multiple order cycles available for pickup or delivery. Many of our shoppers utilize every pickup week so that they can plan their time and gardening chores realistically and avoid getting overwhelmed with too many plants at once. Ordering online ensures you get what you want, even after in-person sales start selling out. Click on the Shop Co-op links to order. Co-op Growers
Bellaire Nursery collaborates with the Torch Lake Co-op and other growers to provide you with an extensive selection of garden starts. You can expect to find a huge range of vegetables, herbs, flowers, and melons. Co-op growers are committed to utilizing high-quality natural inputs and refrain from using neonicotinoids or other pesticides. In fact, they cultivate all the plants for their own farms and gardens, ensuring you receive reliable and proven varieties, as well as healthy plants.

  • Third Week of In-Person Plant Sales

    King Orchards daily in Central Lake, starting Tuesday May 26th, 9am-6. Sunday hours 9am-4

    Williamsburg Farmers Market, Wednesday May 27th 2-6pm

    Bellaire Farmers Market, Friday May 29th, 8am-noon

    Sara Hardy Farmers Market in Traverse City, Saturday May 30th, 7:30am-noon

    Alden Farmers Market, Saturday May 30th, 2-6pm

    Fourth Week repeats and we will have in-person plant sales until we are sold-out or June 27th, whichever comes first 😉.


Pickup and Delivery Schedule

We schedule pickups and deliveries on Wednesdays and Fridays year round. We also schedule pickups on Saturdays May through October.

On Wednesdays pickup at the Bellaire Farmers Market Pavilion from 1:30-2pm, with deliveries throughout our area.

On Fridays pickups are during the Bellaire Farmers Market from 9-12pm, with deliveries throughout our area.

On Saturdays pickup is during the Sara Hardy Farmers Market in Traverse City, from 8am-12, and at the Alden Farmers Market from 2-6pm.

Ordering Schedule

Order plants or produce two days before pickup or delivery.

Seasonal Changes

We move Friday pickups inside during winter when the outside farmers markets close.

This multi-farm CSA harkens back to the original concept of community supported agriculture. It is a share of what these farms harvest on a weekly basis from mid-May to mid-October. Check it out by visiting grasslakeorganics.com

  • Deliveries

    Deliveries are available on Wednesdays and Fridays year-round for $7.00. Choose this shipping option during checkout! If you have any questions please email the co-op at grow@torchlakecoop.com

  • Wholesale

    Do you run a restaurant, hotel, or tourist attraction? We sell plants by the flat! Order for your season with us and we can help plan your planters or beds. We grow specialty plants for other farms in the spring as well. Contact us regarding your nursery transplant needs anytime. grasslakeorganics@gmail.com
